The Boston School-Based Program has co-directors who, in concert with Dr. Parad, the program's Clinical Director, oversee the daily functioning of the program, including office administration, clinical training and supervision and development of new projects. An additional three senior clinicians carry some administrative and supervisory responsibility. A staff of about 30 professionals, all with graduate level degrees, provide clinical services in the schools. At times, interns from University of Massachusetts, Northeastern University, Salem State School of Social Work, and Boston College of School of Social Work join the staff in learning about working with multi-problem children in community settings.
