Year-round employment opportunities in Windsor, New Hampshire.
Job Descriptions: All staff work in a residential psycho-educational treatment program, serving boys, ages 6-21, with serious emotional, behavioral, and learning issues. The program is located in Southwestern New Hampshire.
Clinical Supervisors: Supervise therapeutic teams consisting of 4-6 adults and 8-10 boys with serious emotional, behavioral, and learning issues. Provide treatment planning, crisis intervention, and write child clinical reports. (Masters required)
Assistant Clinical Supervisors: Assist Clinical Supervisors with duties described above. (Masters preferred)
Certified Teachers: Plan and implement active, learner-centered language arts, math, and science curricula. (B.A./B.S. and Special Education Teacher Certification)
Special Education Assistant Teachers: Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing active, learner-centered language arts, math, and science curricula. (B.A./B.S. in related field required)
Residential Counselor: Work as part of a team of 4-6 adults. Each team is responsible for a group of 8-10 boys with serious emotional, behavioral, and learning issues. (B.A./B.S. in related field required)
Supervision and training are provided throughout the program by clinical psychologists, social workers, special education professionals, therapeutic recreation specialists, and licensed nurses, All staff participate in specific training and group supervision.
Qualifications: Education levels as noted in job description, 21 years of age, and the ability to meet the physical demands of a rugged 450-acre setting. Previous experience with children or adolescents is preferred.
Job Dates:
12-month commitment. Applications are accepted year round.
