Tuition for the 61/2 week, Summer Program (a 45 day residential, psycho-educational program) can be paid by parents or concerned parties, public schools, state agencies or private agencies.
For families, concerned parties or private agencies, paying privately, the tuition is $11,250 for the 45 day stay. Tuition is due in full two weeks from the date the child is accepted into the program or by July 5th the start of the program whichever comes first. Payments can be made by check, made out to Wediko Children's Services, or MasterCard/Visa. (For credit card payments a 3.1% surcharge is added to the tuition.)
On the rare occasion that a child needs to be terminated, the refund policy for termination is as follows:
Through the 1st week - $8,450 of total price is refunded (July 5-12)
2nd week - $6,750 of total price is refunded (July 13-20)
3rd week - $6,525 of total price is refunded (July 21-28)
4th week or later - no refund is made (July 29 or after)
Additional costs will include:
- Interview fee if interview occurs outside of Wediko’s Boston office or Wediko’s New Hampshire campus. Please contact the Boston office for details.
- Any prescription medication and any necessary medical or dental attention (including deductibles) needed during a child's stay (use of family insurance may be available provided arrangements are made before the beginning of the program). This cost will be billed to the family by the service providers.
- Travel costs to and from Boston or the New Hampshire site with travel arrangements made by the family.
